Hey sis ! Despite moments of joy and seeking the Holy, I’ve been feeling depressed lately and am back in the dark night of the soul. I’ve been using what I’ve learned, asking for grace, and offering my pain to God. This has brought some peace, but I’m still struggling. Talking with those who reached out to me has also been helpful. And this why today we are going to talk about today !
How sin hurts us
Sin hurts us. We need the blood of Jesus to heal from sin because only the blood has the atoning power over sin (I Corinthians 5:7). Asking for grace is helpful, but we need to be purged from sin as well. The blood of Jesus is the life of God in the flesh.
How to use to the blood of Jesus
Every morning before you start your day, cover yourself in the blood of Jesus to run away from affliction. Add a prayer thanking God for the blood of Jesus and how this blood is going to uproot any sin from your heart and help you stay on the straight and narrow that leads to heaven.

When our prayers ascend to heaven marked with the blood of Jesus, they pierce the heavens. The world of darkness makes way because of the voice of the blood.
