We can transform it into something meaningful by offering it to God.

It reminds us of our dependence on Him and our need for His grace. By understanding the purpose of our suffering, we can find the strength to endure it.

it might be conter intuitive, but find meaning in suffering,  When I offered my suffering to God, I found a deeper meaning in my pain. I surrendered and I said “God, I offer you this pain as a sacrifice for my sins and for the sins of other people in hell.

  4. Dwell: Basque in the inner peace of knowing that your pain has meaning and that your suffering helps you and helps other people being guided towards him

Jesus’s Example

The ultimate example of offering suffering to God is Jesus Christ. In the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus prayed, “Father, if You are willing, take this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done” (Luke 22:42). Jesus accepted His suffering and offered it for the salvation of humanity. His sacrifice on the cross is the perfect example of redemptive suffering.
