Hi beautiful! The world feels like a warzone, right? Everywhere you turn, there’s negativity and division. It’s easy to get sucked into the noise and lose sight of what truly matters, Jesus. But hold on, honey, because here’s a secret: this chaos might be exactly what God needs to refine our faith.
We All Face Tests: It's Part of the Journey
The Bible is full of stories about tests. Remember Abraham? God asked him to sacrifice his son, Isaac! Talk about a test! (Thankfully, God intervened at the last minute.) 1 Peter 1:6-7 reminds us, “In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have to suffer in various trials, so that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise and honor and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ.” Honey, this is our test! This is a chance to show God and ourselves that our faith is robust and real.
This Test is About Our Character
But here’s the twist: this test isn’t about winning a theological debate or picking sides. It’s about something far more profound. This test is about our character. Are we spreading love and kindness, even when the world feels hostile? Are we reflecting Christ’s light, or getting sucked into gossiping about pointless political debate, getting angry for things outside of our control?
It's Time to Rise Above the Noise
This is a wake-up call, sis! It’s time to tune out the negativity and turn up the volume on God’s voice. Let’s separate ourselves from the drama and focus on what truly matters: growing closer to Jesus and becoming living testaments to His love and hopefully go to heaven.
Focus on What Matters Most a.k.a Jesus !
Always remember that Jesus is with you every step of the way. By staying focused on Him, you can overcome any test and emerge stronger, more compassionate, and a radiant beacon of Christ’s love. Let’s face this test together, sisters! By staying grounded in our faith and spreading God’s love, we can be the light the world needs so desperately.
